  Project holder comment: we were not too sure on the symbol types, so we listed the 3 options. And, in the area about conveying the message, we do not have to be specific as to employers and job seekers -- more emphasis can be on networking and quality in case the other ideas complicate the design --- will leave this up to the creative flow!
