    Hey everyone! Great designs so far!

    I want to make the "sphere carving" concept clearer. So, here are the two options:

    1) you can cut into the sphere, leaving an ouside layer--or skin--and an inside layer--or core. Like such: http://dailyartmuse.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/weber.jpg

    Or

    2) you can completely remove the core and only leave the skin. Like such: http://www.woodturner.org/resources/bb/a_g_gallery/Garrison/T_GarrisonConnections.jpg

    So, if your design doesn't quite capture that 3D/spherical concept, you may want to make a revision. Good luck!

    This logo will also be used on letterheads of law reports. Please keep that in mind.

    Quick note! The design should not be too agressive. (Nothing that looks like it could hurt a person in physical form). The firm is stacked with PhDs, engineers, archtects and laywers--the logo should be fitting to that career image. Please keep the designs sophicated, simple and elegant.

    Please have "GROUNDTRUTH" as one color and size. Dot not emphasize the term "truth".

    We are going to pick a winner August 6th. It's a split decision amongst the group; please bear with us as we decide. Most of the designs are great and it does not make this process easy.

    I've uploaded a jpg called "concept" in the brief. It's only to act as a guide if you decide to go with the hurricane feel. Please do not limit yourself by copying the position, number, and length of the bands verbatim. You understand elegance way more than me!

    Quite a few designers have gone with the GT+cyclone combo. And I have to say, it looks great. The think-group has requested that if a designer wishes to utilize that concept, please consider submitting a design for a uniform cyclone (like a tornado or whirlpool) and a offset cyclone (like you'd see in a hurricane--where there's outer bands primarily on the east [right] side).

    I've uploaded an image of a hurricane cyclone for reference.

    Just remember, all cyclones spin counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere. So please design accordingly.

    Thanks for the submissions so far! All of them look great; it'll be hard to select just one!

    Attention Designers!!

    MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
