*Important* We need the main logo, plus two simple variations for events that we hold (which can be accomplished just by adding a line of text underneath the main logo): 1) Skate Ontario 2) Skate Ontario Cup 3) Skate Ontario STARSkate The logo should convey athleticism, strength, passion, excellence. The logo is for Skate Ontario, www.skateontario.org It should be clear at first glance that the logo is for a skating organization. www.skatecanada.ca is our parent organization. Our logo does not have to match theirs; however, it should not clash with it. Their page also has examples of what I mean for logo variations for events - see the "Skate Canada Challenge" logo (on main page - event spotlight)... which is simply the regular Skate Canada logo, with the word "Challenge" added underneath. |

The logo should be gender neutral/inclusive - do not include a female silhouette without also including a male one, for example. Or avoid gender-identifiable figures altogether. The Skate Ontario piece should be the emphasis; with "Cup" and "STARSkate" being two 'taglines'. |
