Deep Dive Coders is a computer programming boot camp (www.deepdivecoders.com). Over the course of 10 weeks, students will begin with little or no programming experience and become coders (also known as web developers, software designers, software developers, etc.) who can get a job as an entry-level computer programmer. One potential logo concept (see example drawing) is to show an open laptop, with one or two figures diving into the laptop, their arms partially immersed into the laptop. The figures should be one male and one female, or if only one figure, it should be male. The figures should be vague, with very few lines (see examples of logos with “swishy people”); however, the logo should still clearly convey the image of a person(s) diving into the laptop. Potentially include some short computer code examples splashing up from the laptop to mimic water; however, that may need to be a component (layer) of the logo that is easy for me to either incorporate into the logo or not, depending on what the marketing medium is at the time. For example, for physical signage I may not want to use the splashing code component, while on print or a webpage I may wish to include the code component. The overall feel should be minimalist, without a lot of detail. Logo should include two colors at the most. Maybe one color for each person? It should also look great in black and white. In fact, a logo that incorporates negative space would be fantastic, as long as it can convey the concept. Incorporate the company name and the tagline with the logo; however, again, it should be easy to utilize only the graphic portion of the logo separately as necessary, or to use the logo with only the company name, or the logo with only the tagline, or whatever combination necessary. The logo must look great as a sign, a banner, a business card and as a thumbnail. I’ll need these file types: psd, eps, jpeg, tiff, ai Please let me know of any questions or clarifications. Thank you for your interest! |

I'm open, but I'm thinking blue, green or red, probably in pastels. | ||
