  Thank you again to everyone who has submitted and for the finalists. We would like to see some final tweaks to some designs before making a decision so we re-opened the contest.

  Hi Designers!
  
  A few of you have tried to incorporate real estate using the symbol of a house which we like the direction but it's important to understand we are trying to build relationships with investors and people in the real estate community. We're thinking the house symbol/icon is too limited for the broad real estate market we will be dealing in - strip malls, houses, apartment complexes, etc.
  
  Additionally, we want our investors to have confidence that their investment is going to increase in value when they partner with us.
  
  In a nutshell, we would love to see your designs that signify relationships and or rising investment values - a sophistication beyond just residential real estate offerings.
  
  Thank you again so very much for your time and efforts!
  
  p.s. so far we're liking the blue, gray, and or green colors - not red, orange.

  You may upload multiple variations of one logo in one draft for the presentation purpose. However, winner of the contest will have to send final files with each version separated hence, one file should only have one color version of the finalized logo.

  Thanks for all of the submissions so far! We appreciate your time and efforts!! I'm making an effort to give everyone feedback so if you haven't heard from me yet, you will soon.
  
  I would LOVE to see some options where:
  1) a stone or stones are incorporated into the icon
  OR
  2) a stone or stones are somehow in the word or a letter or letters of 'Capstone'.
