Thank you for all your hard work so far. We have extended the contest for the last time in order to finalize the existing drafts. We'll provide feedback on the drafts we like to have a final touch.
kimziah, your design #147 has violated our terms and conditions, therefore it has been taken down. Please follow up with private messages for more details.
Thanks for designs,
Please avoid underlining the text in the logo, we'd rather see logo and text with no underlining lines (except the bracket line). And please don't use flashy colors and shadows, it should be easily recognizable in black and white.
Playing with "IC" in logo is welcome but it shouldn't be simple (as in drafts #110, #114, #105) yet not too complicated/comprehensive or "overloaded". We're looking for something strong, balanced and clean.
Thanks for your designs.
vector, we'd like to see more variations on draft #23 and #22 (colors, position of text inside the box) to make it stand out? #23 is one of ideas we'd like to see in logo, but now it seems similar to existing logos.
Draft #24 - the shape looks like a blade, we're looking for something more "balanced".
Draft #18 - good catch combining the "i" letter, we'd like to see more variations of the font and colors.
We are also in favor of idea in draft #14, if you could play with fonts and colors (the font seems too bold).
We'd would like to see more drafts with different concepts so we can have more ideas.
As an example for another concept please look at the following logos. We are open to other color suggestions (one or two color combinations):
1. http://blogs.citypages.com/blotter/bst_logo.gif
2. http://visocap.com/default.aspx
3. http://www.apax.com/images/logo_Header.gif
4. http://www.colonyinc.com/index3.html
For example, a rectangular-shaped logo overlayed with text. Also, the logo can be text-based only using traditional fonts. The fonts used on draft #1 and draft #7 look good, but something modern is also welcome.
That's a good start, thanks. Could you please revise to have the words and logo on the same line (to put the logo on the left)?
We'd also like to see the logo with sharp edges.
