| I am a mathematician and like geometric designs, such as a metatron cube, etc (see my website). I also like 3D or impossible Escher type designs. My music is very precise and generates a sort of weird mental world so the design should reflect this. I know there is a difficult balance between the simplicity of a logo, and the intricacy of the music it represents. We don't really need circus tents or clowns or anything. I think of 'circus' as an entertaining way to explore the edges of our comfort zone. So 'Circus of Mind' is more about the wacky and sometimes scary corners of our mind accessible by psychedelic music. I prefer a design that is more abstract than representational and conveys depths and intelligence. If the entire text 'Circus of Mind' is too long for a good logo, I would be okay with CM or CoM type initials, but I prefer the full text. Abstract, modern, twisted. | ||
