More feedback on design based on a meeting with the interiors person - Logo should be square, not rectangular. Colors should be in the gray family - from a dark, alomst black purpley grey to a light gray. Forget the turquoise and orange. Perhaps a door that has 200 at the top and Dolores at the bottom and a chevron pattern in the door (the chevron pattern is in the front gate of the development).

Draft #6 - my favorite so far. Cleanest and most contemporary. Think along those lines for future submissions. The rest of the designs are a bit too busy.
KMNIEL - can you take the palm tree out of the L in Dolores and put it in the middle zero?

Hi,

I like the design to be over the 200 Dolores text. But the image in the "sun" needs to be simpler.
