    #176, #177: Both need ".com" following our name.

    #171: .com should be larger. The window should be arched. Add a chimney

    #179, there are no mountains in Minnesota

    #180, there are no mountains in Minnesota, the house is too small, and I don't like the colors of the mountains and the sky.

    #149 has way too big of a house. We help buy and sell homes of all styles, and having such a large home would give the impression that is what we focus on.

    Wow, you are all very talented and have made this very tough. You have also been helpful in making some tweaks to your designs. We have not made a final decision yet, but the top 3 at this time are #87, #113, and #128 in no particular order.

    Things to note:

    1) We like arched windows in homes.
    2) We want some kind of water included like ripples, water drops, streams, lakes, swooshes, etc.
    3) Please include .com after realty in our name.
    4) If you include a home, use no more than 2 peaks and 1 chimney.

    #25, I like this design. However, it kind of looks like the home is in water up to the roof. Please see if you can make a change so it does not have that appearance. Maybe have the blue circle (I see them as water ripples) like you did in #18 where it goes completely above the home. Also, maybe have the circle connect lower by the word Realty or below it.

    Attention Designers!!

    MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

    #23, can you stack the name so each word is on a separate line and make the words form the rest of the house below the roof. Also, you can keep the waves, but make them blue and put them below the name. Or, add a different water element if you wish.

    #18 & #19, I think that the name "Spring Side" needs to be more prominent than "Realty".

    #17, I like the water drom thing that you are going with. Can you make the drop a bit smaller so the "R" is a bit more noticible. Also, I like that I could potentially use the initials separately and it would still be unique to our company.

    #8 and #10, I like the circle picture better than the square. However, I feel like I have seen similar pictures many times before. I am leaning to having the name tied into the logo a bit more too.

    #13, I like the look but there are a couple issues. Too much green so on a yard sign I think it would not look as professional as we would like it to. Also, in Minnesota there are no palm trees. Pine trees or decidious trees such as an oak or maple would be ok. Also would like an element of water in the logo.

    #7, I like that you incorporated ".com". However it is pretty small and hard to read. Any way to make that a bit bigger...especially for occasions when it is used in a small format such as business cards stationary.

    #3, I like your design. On the white on black version, can you include the window on the side of the home. It is missing on that version.

    #2, I appreciate you showing me the black against white and white against black versions. Maybe the water drop can be a bit more elongated as it was tough to figure it out at first glance. Also, I like the house tied into the R, but it is a bit small or tough to identify in a small format.
