Logo for a photographer photography business

  Trans4mation Photography

  Contemporary yet timeless

  Yes

Trans4mation is a play on the word "transformation" which means to change, or make something better. Perhaps a contemporary, bold, professional looking logo that conveys change from simple to artistic, bold. I want to stand out and be different than the "girly" and soft looking photography/blog websites (often owned by female photographers). Those are fine, but not my style. Bold, black, white, or the right mix of primary saturated high-contrast colors are my style. My preference is sharp edges, less curves, but will consider a good idea. The number "4" in the word Trans4mation should have a slight emphasis either in style, color, size, etc. so people can remember that the name contains the number 4 and not the normal word "transformation. I have used two previous logos which can be seen on my website www.trans4mationphotography.com, and facebook at www.facebook.com/trans4mationphotography

Not sure, you decide. I have a mild preference for black and white, but if color is used, I wish to use high/contrast primary colors. I played around with a logo that shows "transformation" or "change" by having the color of the logo graduated. However, that style was way to busy with colors, etc. So, black, white, or 2-3 colors would be seriously considered.

No specific ideas. I would like to entertain logos that have the logo or abstract style.
