Décrivez le design est de quoi et à qui		This design will be for an existing company that is adding a Director of Accounting (combining existing property management company with an accounting firm) to handle the accounting functions for a property management company. The property management company will continue to be the parent or main company but all accounting functions will now be handled by a CPA who is merging his company into the property management company.
