Imagine our franchise owners make the decision to hire a new person. They arrive on their first day and are enrolled in FT Academy, be a web-based training approach to on-board new hires and put them on the correct career path. Most new hires are between the ages of 22- 28 years old. I would like to create a brand for our training program that is attractive to this audience. The Y Generation makes their decision to stay with a company long term by the end of the first day. I want us to wow new hires on their first day yet provide them with the tools necessary to be successful. The training program will be fun, not overly formal and engage the employee with FT. |
