  #26 and #17 and #20 are probably my favourites at the moment. I like the simplicity and the fact that these manage to create a distinctive logo using mainly the word mirador....good work and thank you to all those who have submitted designs. Please send me any questions that you think would help with the brief! I'd love to see something that evokes the concept of "targeting customers using data" which is something our business does for clients.

  Thank you to all who have submitted designs. It has helped to focus me on what I like and what I am looking for.
  
  I am looking for a design which ideally takes the word "mirador" and makes a logo of it by using a destinctive typography without the need necessarily to have a separate graphic.
  
  If it does have a separate graphic device (which I also like), my preference would be not to have a graphic device which is formed from the letter M, but rather something more abstract which represents the field of technology
  
  It may be helpful to know know that some of the things our company are involved in is analysing shopping baskets,targeting customers using data, generating money-off coupons, and barcodes.
  
  I have uploaded some examples of logo's I like which use only the words to make a distinctive logo - for example IBM, Good, orbitsound. I have also uploaded some examples of logo's I like which use a separate abstract icon to create a design - Ofidium and Stratus Technologies (i.e they don't use the first letter to make the icon, but rather they have a more abstract device)
