  I'm very interested in seeing more designs that focus on either a creative "W" for West or "W C R" for the initials rather than buildings for the logo.

  After receiving several submissions with similar design flaws, I wanted to clarify two items:
  
  1) The "West" in West Commercial Realty is referring to my last name, not the direction. That being said, I'm open to designs that are creative in being able to accomplish a "double meaning". I don't want to stifle anyone's creativity.
  
  2) This logo is for a Commercial Real Estate company, not a residential company. Logo's with residential elements (i.e. houses, or elements from houses) will not properly represent my company. Rather, the logo should have a "commercial" feel. Once again, I'm not suggesting that the winning logo needs to have that type of reference (I don't want to stifle anyone's creativity) but if you feel like your design is best served with that type of element, please make sure it is commercial in nature.

  Attention Designers!!
  
  MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
