Design #80 & #83, Both ideas are very similar to previous designs. I think you have a great talent for color. I would like to see a new concept. Please look to www.fatbraintoys.com for an example of an educational toy store that has a character illustration logo. I would like something better then this website that shows both genders represented, through characterization of toys iterating with toys. these activities take place around the logo words "Learning Land Toys".
Design #79, The design needs additional characters to interact with logo. Something that promotes both genders interacting with learning through the art of play. It does not need to be children but cult be toys in characters with gender implied. Happy emotions as learning becomes fun. I like the gears integrated into the logo design.
Design #72 and Design #74, Much improvement on the character of the construction crane. I would like to have you consider a design that places the words Learning Land as one line and the word "TOYS" as the second line. The with teh extra space, create a toy learning activity such as a BOY teddy bear building or towing something on the right side of the logo and GIRL Teddy Bear doing something like playing/building with ABC blocks. Please also look at alternate color designs. I think the color mix when placed with the mock website blends to well with the site and you loose brand awareness. A shift in color might be all we need rather than set the logo "on fire" with extreme color mix.
Design #71, I think we need to adjust the ratio of size to words. The words Learning Land need to be bigger and the word TOYS needs to be a little smaller to create a better balance. Also I think rather than the long train towing "Toys that Touch Your Child's Mind" we should remove that Tag Line and try to make a Stacking Train being towed by the bear. Also should introduce a second action object on the left side. This might be A Girl Bear playing with ABC Blocks or an "Erector set" building toy. Something that suggests learning through the art of play.
Design#68, Is a very clean look and feel and strikes a nice balance of color choices. The character of the crane is missing an operator and is a little flat/overly simple. Please consider the Warner Brother style of Cartoon to further refine or present a new idea.
Design #64, Design#66, Great concept. the character is a little understated and skinny. I think The bolder color for the word "Toys" works better. I also ask you to consider placing the word "LAND" under the word "LEARNING" and more the action to either the right side or the top.
Design#63, I think the train idea does not fit so well with the primary words of the logo. please submit a new concept. I think we should look at the example found at
www.toyboxofnj.com
I think you have real talent and I would like to see you to submit for a new idea.
Design#62, The font chosen for the word "TOYS" is good. The other font looks like it cam from another logo. The Bear looks to simple and flat. Please submit a new concept. Take a look at www.toyboxofnj.com for an example of a logo design I like. Maybe you can create a new concept inspired from here.
Design #61 and Design#69, Both are very good ideas but I think the train cars space the words "TOYS THAT TOUCH YOUR CHILD'S MIND" are too spaced apart. it may be better to create a series of "flat bed rail cars to place the words on as i thing there might be too much going on with the design of the train cars and the interpretation of the word over it. I think its becoming to difficult to read.
Design#60, I would like to ask you to consider a new design concept. Look to a logo idea that does not include any characters but introduces a new font style that can be branded and signature to the logo it self.
Design#59, is very clean and easy to understand. The bear looks great but might look better smiling and looking more towards the audience. Maybe the bear could be placed more to the right side of the the word "Toys" and in view as to tow a banner. The word Learning would be bigger and longer to overhand the word "Toys".
Design #56 is nice but I think the word Toy's gets shadowed/ embedded to much. It should stand out more. The pop out Jack in the box idea is interesting. I ask you to explore new character ideas. possibly a bird like a toucan bird.
Design#54, I like the idea of having a crane build the "G" into place for Learning. Try a different style font and explore a more "Warner Brothers style Cartoon character of the the truck/crane. Possible look to use a different vehicle like a helicopter or possible some alternative idea. visit www.toyboxofnj.com for new ideas.
Design#51, I like the idea of the ball bouncing action across the top of the logo to become the dot of the "I" for the word Learning. THe choice of font is need the best. I think it's too rounded and doe snot stand out as well as other concepts. Please look at www.toyboxofnj.com logo for new idea to submit.
Design #50, The wood look font does not really fit for a toy store theme. Please submit a new design. Look at the brief example logo and also consider the logo found at www.toyboxofnj.com
Design #47/48/52 are all very similar. the introduce a different look. Learning Land is easy to read and that's the best part of this design. However, The word "Toys" is difficult to read relatively. Please take a look at the logo found on www.toyboxofnj.com and submit a new idea based on this style.
Design #46 is nice and clean easy to read. Maybe we could introduce the bear with some alternate activity with the logo. Possibly pulling a train stacker toy under the logo.
See http://www.melissaanddoug.com/wooden-stacking-train
Design#44, The bears don't seem very excited to be in the logo. The style of the font should not be shiny. Ask to submit a new design based on the brief or take a look at www.toyboxofnj.com
Design 39/43 - I think the ducks are cute but this logo needs more object iteration with the logo words. Please continue to develop new ideas for the logo.
Design#37, Too much yellow. The font is good style but we may want to use a different color for the word "TOYS" The character looks like clip art. I ask we consider something more character style like that of Warner Bros Cartoons.
I think we could get a font to "Pop" more if we explored a more colorful font. Look for examples of color from the link of the website being designed. Ultimately the logo will need to match to the look and feel. Also look at the second link provided for a consideration of color pallet much like what Warner Brother's us when they create classic cartoons. I like your sense of style when creating characters. Please submit another idea.
