  #30 is really catching my eye. The concept is different and memorable. I don't like the bag that the character is carrying as it looks like a purse. I also would like more indication that it's about real estate. Not sure how you would incorporate that into this design.

  Design #12. I like the direction this one is going in however I'm unclear on the letter J and how that fits in nor how the design itself portrays real estate.

  I'm looking for an original design that stands out. All designs submitted so far do not pop out at me. I'd like perhaps some creativity using or incorporating my name into the logo rather than just an icon with my name typed below it.

  I like design #7 however it too closely resembles the top half of our corporate logo (see my website) so I could not use this sample.

  I would like all designs to balance well on a black background as well. My vehicle is black with dark tinted windows and I`m planning ahead for decals. Thank you

  All designs should directly convey the idea of and be directly related to real estate. I am uninterested in abstract icons.

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
