  I'm in the final process of deciding which one will be the winning design. Thanks all for your great effort and creative proposals.
  
  From the winning designer, I will need the following documents, information, and files to accept the design and accept submission of monies:
  
  1. Source file (in photoshop, PSD, Vector, or similar)
  2. GIF, TIF,PNG, PDF and JPG versions of the logo low medium and high res
  3. Name and source of Typefont utilized
  4. Pantone and RGB references
  5. Trademark assignment agreement
  
  Make sure you can comply with the previous

  Hello Everybody,
  4 Designs are rated up to 4*.
  So:
  -Box1508:(42)Very nice Design, I like the Fonts at the top one, Please Provide a couple more colors other than the ones already provided.
  -Hafiz: (62) Very nice lines, I would like to see other colors - fonts.
  -dgaz77: (104,154) Very nice concept. 104:Try other colors and provide other, more vivid color at the fonts of "Prospect". 154: Same + separate NetProspect with different fonts as at the other one.

  Try to do something else besides the ball-like design with the "N" (which of course is fine), to provide some variety!!

  So far Number 22 is the one I mostly like. It would be nice to see variations of it in terms of colors and design.
  I also like 25, 27, 28, 29.

  I must say However that I like 3D presence in the LOGO.
