  "Inspirit" means to "instill life into, revitalize, stimulate spiritually, to encourage."
The sufix, "ous" means "full of."


***Inspiritous is a consulting firm experienced in revitalizing Christ-centered ministry organizations (not churches) that have plateaued years before (there best days seem behind them) and are now experiencing either no growth or are in decline.

***The most glaring challenge these organizations face is donor attrition (those who stop giving) and now see very few new financial partners to help replace the ones they've lost. They are faced with cutting programs and staff.

***Our cornerstone offering is a comprehensive development audit which includes personal interviews with stakeholders in the organization at every level, a comprehensive evaluation of the current fund raising efforts, an analysis of the donor file, an investigation of public perception based on social media and news, as well as a strategic survey to stakeholders. From that we share the findings, make strategic recommendations that impact donor development, and coach the organization's staff to implement the recommended strategies through group seminars and individual equipping. In most cases, board development will also be necessary and will often utilize a retreat setting where we can take a board through a redevelopment process so that they may better govern the organization and help support the fund raising efforts.

***Our target market is the organization's 1. Boards of Directors, 2. top executive and 3. VP or Director of Development.

  Green & Blue- Can be just one or both.

***We like green because it is the color of health, representing growth, money, and safety and has a healing power to it. Dark green is commonly associated with money and finance.

***We like blue because it shows intelligence, loyalty, strength, wisdom and trust. We also like that blue has a calming effect on the psyche.

***The final color pallet selected from the logo will help guide our entire marketing effort (we are waiting on the logo to finalize the colors on our website that will launch within a week after the logo has been finalized.

***NOTE THAT WE'RE NOT CONCERNED WITH THE PRECISION OF THE COLORS IN THE INITIAL DESIGNS...WE WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH OUR FINALISTS TO FINE TUNE COLORS WHEN WE ARE AT THAT POINT OF THE CONTEST.

***With that in mind we recognize that the final color scheme will need to be dark enough to be reproduced on a copier and standard enough that stock colors for embroidery companies that create logos on a polo shirt, for instance, will not result in a significant change in color due to the "uniqueness" of the logo's colors.

  We'd like to be able to separate the logo and tagline easily so that we can use the logo by itself on occasion.

*** PLEASE INCLUDE A RENDERING OF "Inspiritous.com" WITH THE SUBMISSIONS as we may use it on postcards and convention material.

***Though we prefer a simple and clean logo with a corporate feel, we're also hoping to see something creative too. To illustrate what we mean, we're not opposed to some kind of stylized or color break with "ous" since the word "Inspirit" is the fundamental core of what we do. However, we are not designers so the suggestions is just a way to encourage designers who are considering this project to have license to be creative.

***STAY AWAY from reverse out designs where the words are reversed out white in a green or blue box, for instance.

STAY AWAY from using the cross, the Christian fish, and images of cash or money. Our approach to helping organizations raise funds is really not about money, but the heart of the organization's financial partners and connecting with them in genuinely authentic and loving ways. We're about helping organizations match a donor's heart with a funding opportunity that is appropriate to their passion and capacity for giving.
