We provide Half Price Staff to Real Estate Agencies and Property Management businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. We employ university graduated professionals from the Philippines and 'lease' those staff on a permanent basis to the businesses in Aus, NZ and UK. Our staff have Business Management, Legal Office or Accounting backgrounds. Our staff telecommute into the offices of our clients. They are sometimes referred to by our clients as 'staff on the wall' or 'staff on the screen' (as they are present via video call throughout the day in the clients office). They complete tasks such as following legal compliance with contracts and property management, upload property details to relevant websites, manage and follow up accounts receivable, order property maintenance and produce sales and marketing documents. We source and manage the placed staff to ensure that clients businesses are more profitable for them and the process of having highly qualified, lower cost, telecommuting staff is simple. We deal exclusively with Real Estate Agencies and Property Management businesses as clients. This could extend in the future to other Property related professionals such as Drafters, Surveyors, Architects and Town Planners. We provide people, great people, on permanent loan to our clients businesses. |
