  Thanks for all latest submissions guys! A lot of these are getting very close with the simple clean fonts used. Underlined name doesn't work for us, so please avoid. We also like the bright colours used. We would however like to see some more ideas tried and focus around the icon/symbol - perhaps trying concepts around the technology/mechanical perhaps mathematical themes.. Thanks!

  Really sorry I can't respond to all messages. Incredibly busy at the moment and zero time. Have seen some very good designs so far, so thanks all. Would like to see some more interesting ideas for motifs/icons, as part of what we will be doing will be to use the motif/icon by itself so needs to be distinctive. Also will be using this motif as a cut out - for example cut out from our business cards. In general I'm not keen on just using a "laser line" alongside the name. Also please do not split up the laserbean onto two lines. Thanks!

  Just to clarify the brief, there should be no pastels but complimentary/ contrasting colours are fine to experiment with.

  I want to keep away from a corporate logo, instead I am looking for a fun, creative, yet professional feel to a logo - perhaps look at colour combinations.

  Some of the designs are looking slightly metallic, I don't cut any metal with the laser cutter. I will be using other materials such as acrylics, fabrics and woods quite extensively and the logo should reflect this.

  A line through the text (draft 2) looks crossed though and can give a negative impression.
  
  Although "bean" is in the company name I would prefer not to have a bean illustration as part of the logo.
