Also the title is in Turkish and contains Turkish letters like '?' and '?'. '?ehir' means 'city' and 'kad?n' means 'woman' in Turkish. So '?ehir ve kad?n' means 'city and woman'. The site includes articles in various subjects like education, planning and developping career, current subjects, succes stories of women; presentations of books and films; advertisings of places in the city; symposium and conference announcements.
