    Just want to give a special thanks to all designers who submitted artwork for the contest. A lot of great designs out there and it made it hard to decide. Top three for me would have to be #4, #7, #74. Onelife - thanks for the constant communication and really trying to design what I was looking for. In the end, I feel mnorth created a very professional logo that captured the coastal feel I was looking for and provided a logo that could stand on it's own and also be used with wording. I didn't realize that's what I was looking for until I saw it. So thanks all, you're a very talented group and keep up the good work!

    After reviewing the 20+ designs, I think it's best not to incorporate buildings or houses into the logo. We offer realty services for more than just houses so I don't want the logo to limit us to just houses, buildings, condos, etc.
    A wave is a must though. I'm really looking for neat wave designs. If the wave can resemble a "C" that's a plus. One designer has incorporated the wave through the Coastal wording and it looked neat. You guys are a very talented group and you're making my job of deciding very difficult. That's a great problem to have!!

    Drafts # 19 & 20. That's a cool program you have. It's neat to see the design on different surfaces. Draft # 7 is still probably my favorite of your designs. I like the fact that you tried to incorporate the houses in the logo. Unfortunately, the roof peaks also resemble mountains to me. I do like the font selection though.

    Drafts #16 & 18 - Thank you for your design. #16 could be a possibility but for me, #18 is headed down the cartoon path. It does have a beachy feel but I think it's a combo of the logo and font that doesn't give it the sophisticated feel that I'm after.

    Draft # 11 - I'm really liking this design as well. At first, I thought it would be a great design for a condominium - but the more I look at it, the more it's growing on me. I like how you incorporated the C, the waves, and even a very subtle seagull into the design. The logo can be used by itself or with wording. Would it be possible to see the design with the logo to the left of the wording. Thanks for the design!

    For all entries - Being a realty company on the beach, a wave must be incorporated into the logo and/or wording. And it needs to be beachy yet professional at the same time. Thanks to all submissions so far!! There are 3 designs so far that have my attention. Thanks!

    Draft # 7 - I like this design a lot more. You took a different approach and put the wave through the word coastal which is a neat idea. I hadn't thought about that route, so it's a contender for sure.

    Drafts 4 -6. #4 is really going the right direction. The C in # 5 is looking a little to close to the C from the orange county choppers logo. I like the elongated version in # 4. I do like how the logo is clean and professional and I was wondering if someone was going to do a little house without the wave looking like a tsunami. lol. Not decided on the style of the house used in the design as I'm trying to decide if it's beachy enough. I do like the font used. I subscribe to coastal living magazine and just realized that is a very similar font if not the same. Nice choice on font selection. #4 was a good draft.

    Attention Designers!!

    MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

    Draft #1 is on the right track. Getting that wave to look like a C might be tricky, if it's even possible. The wave in the design looks similar to the wave from costa del mar sunglasses. Looking for something closer to the quiksilver wave if the "c" can be incorporated into the logo. Thanks for the draft!
