  Can you please remove the shadow just above the "A" of Autotechniek? Looks like a smudge.
  
  Can you also make another version of #31 with little less shadowing and 3D effect?
  
  #31 looks really good on screen but I'm worried about the printed version. Will the shadowing and 3D effect will be as nice as on screen when used on a business card or a stationary?

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

  #ALL Black color may also be used but red and white must be the main color.

  @LastOption #2 and #3: I prefer a style like draft #3. The font types for the main title and the subtitle should be more in balance. The subtitle now looks way to simple in comparison to the main title (ATZ).

  I dont prefer having a a tool or a car picture/drawing in my logo. It must be simple, clean and professional. The font type and the color setting (red) can be better.
