When I clicked onto this page, the first logo that drew my eye was the one you picked as the winner!!! I love it when that happens. Good Choice!

Many, MANY thanks to the designers! This was a VERY difficult decision because of all the great ideas I received. I want to especially thank ArtDoor and Typography: I am grieved to not be able to select your excellent designs, but I can only use one.

...that last message of mine should have ended, "...Keep amping it up!" iPads do produce strange corrections! Thanks, everyone, for the great efforts, so far! I'm trying to rate the images to help you see how they are striking me!

The value of this project will rise $100 on Monday after LDG processes the payment and applies it! I'm looking for colorful, clever, yet elegant reflections of my business and tag line. Keep mapping it up! I appreciate it!

Also, please consider shapes other than squares and rectangles for the logo. I'm open to other colors beyond white, black, gold, and gray, as well.

Only one design has included my tagline. Please take note.

I'm going to throw this one wide(r) open! I need to think outside the color and design box, While I DO wish to use this logo on my web site, I'm open to expanding the pallette and even considering a more stacked design. I've told LDG that I'll up the fee so that you graphic designers out there have the incentive to toss your talents into the mix! I really want this logo to pop and convey quality, creativity, and love of light and color, as well as relational warmth...

Please keep in mind that I'd like the design to work in the header of my web site, as #12 reflects, and be usable in letterhead, as in #13.

BrandNewEyes, I love the look of #8, but as I expressed in the project brief, I'm trying to move away from a wildlife image as an icon for my photo business, since it is people-centered... I think that #6 is sleek and appealing, but I'm not sure I like the balance. #7 seems to lack pop in the icon, but the overall look is clean and appealing...

Actually, on reconsideration, #5 isn't out of the question... Another thought, also: I'm interested in using the name & icon at the top of letterhead (which is why I included letterhead in the project). For this reason, I'd prefer overall designs that are more horizontal than vertical, much wider than they are tall. This may be one reason that #5 isn't as appealing; although, it is attractive!

Thanks, DJasaba! I like designs 2 and 3, as they are simpler and less ornate. I'm as interested in an icon/symbol as I am in stylizing the name. In particular, I'd like a symbol/icon to replace the two-bird icon that is currently on my web site. Do you have ideas for that?
