INVITING CURRENT AND NEW DESIGNERS to try some designs without butterflies (and no hearts, please! Ideas: mountains only, changing leaves, labyrinths (like a maze but you follow a path, you don't get lost and confused). Anything that symbolizes transformation and change. Feel free to change up colors to fit your design. I do like deeper, darker colors and not pastels. THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Only 2 days left and then I WILL DEFINITELY PICK ONE!
    Sincerely,
    Cheri

No obvious hearts please! I know this is primarily a wedding business, but it will include funerals and memorial ceremonies also. Plus I just don't really care for hearts as a symbol. I don't mind that some of the butterfly wings above also happen to look like hearts, but if hearts are there they need to be subtle.
I would love to see a couple more choices without a butterfly too. The brief has some other ideas.
THANK YOU ALL!! ONLY 2 1/2 DAYS LEFT!

I am certain that I will be choosing a design for this project. I already see several that would work wonderfully for me.
That being said, there are still 4 days left and I would welcome any other designers that would like to submit or any other different designs people might have in their minds!
I appreciate the time and responsiveness of you all!

I love 17 and 19 as well, can't decide yet which I like better--subtle color differences. 17 has a softer feel while 19 looks more clear and crisp. I decided I do like the look of the longer 'tail' on the 'g' and the darker blue makes a big difference to my eyes.

15 and 16 are lovely, the bigger font really helped my eyes to read the word ceremonies more easily. I like the curve added to 16 as well, a very subtle hint of a mountain and it kept the beauty and simplicity of the design.

Oh, one more comment on COLOR. I like the darker colors a bit better. For example, I like the blue of #1 better than the lighter blue of #14.

12 and 14 by kugajevska (whew, that's a tough name for me!)
I REALLY like these a lot. I find them beautiful and I like the way you incorporated the two elements of the butterfly and the mountain. I definitely like the mountain shading of #14 better than that of #12. And am trying to decide if I like the long "tail" on the 'g' in #12 better, I think it completes the shape--but I need to sit with it a bit.

#10 by kugajeveska--I need to keep looking at this one. I like it a lot, but can't decide if it fits: It looks to me like it has a wind blowing across from left to right which I like as it speaks to me of transformation and change. I like the shape of the design as a whole as well. However, it somehow reminds me of the Sahara desert (could just be me?) which is pretty different than Durango.

re adamuk submissions: While I thank your for trying your design with the addition of the mountains (#9) it seems to take away from the beauty and simplicity of #1. -- #1 with a slightly bigger font for the word 'ceremonies' to make it easier will get a 5 star and be in the running.

Konstanc- I really like your designs. My favorite is #5. I really like the way you incorporated the mountain AND the butterfly and the stylization is nice. I find the font on #5 the easiest to read. I do not want the tagline in the logo (since I may change the tagline with time) so could you please resubmit #5 without a tagline? Thanks!

#1 by adamuk: I think this is really beautiful. I love the curves and lines of the word durango and the stylized butterfly. The shading within the wing is pretty too. I like the font of the word ceremonies and it looks good but seems too small to read easily--So could you please try making that word a bit bigger?

Hello designers, thank you so much for submitting designs. I am already pleased with what I see. Thank you so much. I am certain that I will be picking a design by the end of the seven days and am excited to see what else comes in as well! So keep the ideas coming and feel free to throw in something different than the current designs too!
