I will be opening a women's clothing store in a small town and will be carrying items to target the 30+ crowd. Will also carry accessories and gifts. Definitely not fashion-forward, but not old lady stuff either.

Purple is always good and I also like a copper/burnt sienna color. I'm very open to suggestions. I'll need to put the logo on a storefront sign as well as shopping bags, etc, so will have to think of a background color for a sign - was thinking that's where the copper color would go, but again - I'm not creative!

I liked the simplicity of the #77 & 78 Piper & Phin logo on this site. The simple, but professional font worked for me and the addition of the flower made it more than just a type font. Dot and Minnie are nicknames each of my grandmothers had while they were alive, so mean a lot to me. I'll probably try to find old black and white photos of them to use in the store. It's possible that "dm" might look nice on top of dot & minnie's too? I'm not sure whether or not I'd like capital letters on each name, but probably.
