I am an up-&-coming real estate agent that is working for a company that was started by my Grandfather. He started and still runs his business with the founding ideals of Professionalism and Endurance. We take great pride in the way we represent our clients. We sell all types of real estate from farms to foreclosures. We have a large cliental of investors and businesses. Since just recently coming into the business I am trying to bring the company to a different level. We are currently using our style of our yard sign as a logo, although great at attracting attention, not suited for logo. The logo will be used on our new website as well as on documents, letterhead, advertising, and monograms. |

| Our yard signs now are Main color Red with white lettering. I am ok with using Red, White, Black, or Charcoal. Open to whatever looks good as long as Red is main focus. | ||

I listed as using initials as part of the logo. That is a option, not a must. The main focus is to have the company name. The initials can be emphasized to create initials. I am open to whatever as long as it looks very clean and professional. I know that many will want to use a key or house in my logo. I am not totally against this but I also know I have never seen one that had these, that I thought looked classy. Good Luck! Please Avoid anything that makes it look cheesy, or to modern. I want the lettering and color to be Professional. |
