  letter head,
  paper color should be a very light gold or yellow not white.
  
  we need a page 2 part of letterhead which needs the following
  1. water mark top left part of page.
  2. think black line across header with "Page___of___"
  3.centered logo in footer

  The winning designer will have to provide “text editable” files and the “curved/outlined” files as well. Please make sure that both set of files are sent together. Also font(s) file needs to be sent with the final artwork.
