  on design #16, the ribbons needs to be switched. the Team Docs one on the top and the Home one next, then the two grey sub ribbons

  You are only required to provide one main page PSD template like other web contests. Internal pages and HTML coding will be done by our web partner.

  Please only use images provided by the project holder. If in case source of images has not been provided, you are requested to use images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”.
  
  Images used from any other website or source will not be accepted. In case you are using images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”, please make sure to keep a record of image ID numbers as contest winners will be required to provide those ID's.
  Furthermore, designers are requested only to use system fonts on all web design projects, files with non-system fonts will not be accepted.
  DESIGNERS ARE STRICTLY ADVISED TO ABIDE TO THESE RULES. STRICT ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN IN CASE OF ANY VIOLATION.

  The body text of some of our pages can scroll to the right very far. As a result we do not want the body text to be framed in a box. We need the flexibility to have it do beyond the frame.

  3 things
  swap top tabs
  Move dexteranet logo to the footer
  leave placeholder for custom image where dexteranet logo now is
  Need to use the name of the App Legi-Mate on the top banner
