  Draft #3 Good layout and thank you for properly reading the brief and including the required pages and the organisations we are members of. Are we able to use a bit more colour please

  We only require the residential, commercial, strata management and about us portions of the existing website. The industrial and product sections are no longer required thank you.
  
  Draft #7 - Excellent use of colour and layout. Great image of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Maybe the writing is a bit small and will be a little hard for older customers to read ?

  You are only required to provide one main page PSD template like other web contests. Internal pages and HTML coding will be done by our web partner.

  Please only use images provided by the project holder. If in case source of images has not been provided, you are requested to use images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”.
  
  Images used from any other website or source will not be accepted. In case you are using images from “www.thinkstockphotos.com”, please make sure to keep a record of image ID numbers as contest winners will be required to provide those ID's.
  Furthermore, designers are requested only to use system fonts on all web design projects, files with non-system fonts will not be accepted.
  DESIGNERS ARE STRICTLY ADVISED TO ABIDE TO THESE RULES. STRICT ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN IN CASE OF ANY VIOLATION.
