  #2 The male and female icons are a great idea. Looking to somehow convey leadership, mentorship and professional development in the logo. The two current icons feel a little isolated from one another. Doesn't feel as modern as I would like. The color scheme is perfect.

  #1 Love the crispness of the footer and the blue line at the bottom. Colors are right on. The acronym is LDP. It looks like this says LD3? I am thinking that it might be helpful if we spell out Leadership Development Program. Thanks for all your hard work.
