I am a one lawyer law office. My main practice area is trust and estate litigation which refers to will and trust contests. Essentially when someone dies and the heirs disagree about who should get the money, they call a lawyer like me. This logo will go on my website, my business cards and my letterhead. |

My clients will appreciate a tastefully designed logo. Most law firm logos are pretty boring. I would like something a little different. It can't be too crazy because it is a law firm, but I want something that stands out. My two thoughts are to use my initials PAR in some interesting design. This is pretty typical for law firms. My other is to use the image of an ancient Roman coin I found with my last name on it. You can find it on one of the back pages of my website at http://estatelitigator.net/resources/?logout=1. This is a Roman coin from 246 B.C. It shows an image of Minerva who was the Roman goddess equivalent of the Greek god Athena. Minerva was, among other things, the goddess of wisdom and also of war which is appropriate for a lawyer. Lawyers are supposed to be wise, and I have always felt that going to trial was akin to doing battle. I also like the coin because it happens to have my last name printed on it, "Romano". I have also put another image of Minerva on the same page which is merely a drawing of her. See what you can come up with using one or the other or perhaps another image of Minerva that you find. |
