  Dear Fergie-Law, Understood! I've seen multiples of account holders who do not know about this feedback option. Guru needs to educate and/or remind clients of how best to use the system. Repetition works.

  >preferred color is blue.
  >note our subtext: "dedicated to..."etc.
  >"& Associates" is an important part of the logo, for internal political reasons.
  >Our practice is necessarily limited to the State of New Mexico. A logo particularized to the State has a bit of an advantage.

  I agree, theirs been more then 200 designs and no feedback. We need feedback to get the best results for you.
