Single – Source Downsizing & Real Estate Services

  Yes

We are a Personal Moving Consultant/ Realtor business that provides a menu of options including preparation your house for sale, help market and sell your home, downsize contents, hire reliable movers for remaining contents, and unpack and set up your new home. What is often a frustrating process for seniors, widows, singles or recently divorced individuals without family, Keystone Group provides a single source entity to handle all the details. Usually moving from a large house to an apartment or condominium.

Two color ideal. Open to all suggestions. Earthy natural colors as one execution. No yellows or blues. Research has shown these two are traditionally hard to read at a distance (signage) truck graphics, etc.

Please note that this logo will be used on b-cards, letterhead, #10 envelopes, Mailing labels and signage. Not an ultra-techy type of service. Rather a progressive, confident and reputable company.

We want to stay away from any imagery that would convey “old people”.

Do keep your proposed design clean, modern and sleek. The use of very large letters and dark colors make some designs unattractive

Don’t want to use any big “swooshes” of color in the background of letterhead as that causes problems if a document is faxed---The typed test gets lost in the swoosh!
