  You may upload multiple variations of one logo in one draft for the presentation purpose. However, winner of the contest will have to send final files with each version separated hence, one file should only have one color version of the finalized logo.

  Nadya, I like the font in #2 much better than in #3. Also, could you add some type of symbol/logo? I know I stressed not "another house logo" and I do still want to stick to that, however I understand there's only so many things that can convey real estate and I'm willing to bend on that a little.
  
  ACE, great starting point. Maybe change the font of the K on the house? Also maybe use the K in the house as the starting point for Kasner?
