  Thank you all for submitting great designs. I admire your creativity. Unfortunately, only one has to be the winner. My decision was difficult but I chose the one that I believe was more close to my brief. I very much appreciate everybody's work and I truly thank you for your time and effort.

  Better. But lets try to place the shining stars on the smile at the right and left edges and remove them from the words. Also, Pediatric can be a little more bigger or more wide.

  I like the "smile" underneath the word Pediatrics and the small shinning "stars".
  I would like the word Pediatrics a little bigger.
