  I have uploaded a pdf of a wireframe that may help with design ideas. Please feel free to deviate from that, but the elements required for a winning design are all there.

  Another site I really like (maybe even more than the ones in the brief) is http://waveaccounting.com/.
  
  I like the blue background and the way there is good content above the fold and a good overall sleek look to it. I think this type of design might work well with our current logo.
