  Draft #3, #4, 37, #8 - Anything with the umbrella just reminds me of a stereotypical insurance company. It's a great icon for the industry, I just think of Travelers.

  Draft #14, #10, #9 - Anything with the hands seems more like a church logo. Just my opinion.

  Draft #19-20 bonsai tree might reflect Japanese saving and conservatism. Does promote "green" and financial "growth." Not sure about the color version...I think it's a little too complex. The two color version looks nice. I would be curious if clients would think of your company as being focused on Asian customers.

  Sorry, I clicked send by accident. To submit a design you can refer to the help menu in the top right hand corner. Or click the submit button and upload a .jpeg image of the design. Positive images are black on a white background and negative images are white on a black background (at least I think that's right).
