  Inkfarm.com - Redesign Logo

  inkfarm.com

  Yes

Create a new logo to be used in place of the green credit card logo currently appearing on inkfarm.com. This is for web use only, not for print. We have been using the current logo since 1999, and have built our brand around that logo. But the credit card thing never really made sense. We would like to abandon the credit card theme, while maintaining the recognizability of our brand. That probably means sticking with the current foliage green color scheme, or something close to it, and perhaps maintaining other design cues as well. We just don't want it to be a credit card, and we do want it to look good. Since we are a retailer of inkjet cartridges, you might be tempted to use a cyan-yellow-magenta color scheme. We hate that color scheme, so please don't. If you stick to something close to the current size of the credit card logo (154 x 96) we can install it without too many changes to the overall site design. So that would be an advantage. But if you come up with something in a different size/shape/aspect ratio that we really like, we may be willing to redesign the whole site around it. So feel free to do that as well.

To help get you excited about this project, our business currently has revenue in the millions and is growing very rapidly.

We prefer a limited color scheme including green. Our current color scheme is foliage green/navy/white. We probably don't want to stray too far from that.

Also, please avoid using liquid ink metaphors, such as ink drops or splotches. We are selling ink cartridges, not liquid ink
