  As part of our companies solutions to clients, primarily financial firms or investment banks, we offer consulting expertise and a compliance product/application called "OATS Check", which provides data validations for OATS Reporting and surveillance. Not sure what abstract symbol would best represent these offerings, but key words are, surveillance, consulting services, order/trade data validation, compliance and regulatory expertise, electronic trading, data quality assurance.

  I'm not sure why OATS Validation becomes the part of the logo. It should not be. The name of the company Informex Solutions!

  Sorry. It a good start but would not work. OATS Validation should not be displayed - Informex Solutions will be doing much more than just OATS Validation. We provide consultancy services as well, and OATS Validation product is just one of the things we do.
  
  Also, the color selection and background need to be changed. Try green.
