The icons are for the app landing page and will be used to creae a dashboard style navigation grid as shown in these examples http://www.androiduipatterns.com/2011/12/how-should-android-apps-look-like_16.html 6 icons are required in total Make A Drop - Allow the user to 'drop' a file at their current location My Drops - Audio files the user has previously left at other locations Recently Discovered Drops - Drops that the user has recently discovered at locations left by other users Profile - shows the user's profile and allows them to edit it About - Provides information about the GigDropper service GigDropper is a location based music discovery service. A 'drop' is a song or other audiofile dropped at a rea lword location and only accessible to users of the app when they are at that location. In terms of design direction I have attached an example from Samsung's Music Hub as an example of the kind of aesthetic I am looking for. These icons will be part of a 2x3 grid in the app. |
