Yes, the figure S in #7 was intentionally a person. I have made some adjustments to it as per Your instructions. Please see if #12 is better and I shall come up with some alterations.
# 4 is currently the frontrunner for the foll. reasons:
appealing overall, with the light blue and the gray. Excellent connection with the circled $ to the purpose of HSA.
# 6 graphically very appealing, but no connection to $/savings. Not sure about the significance of the the "S" and the blue dot. Is it a person? Could it be morphed into a $ sign?
#2 and 3 are modern and powerful, but have no connection to healthcare.
#1 makes good use of the very long name HEALTHCARE SAVINGS ALLIANCE, by arranging it the way it did. That the H is part of the graphic is neat, but I do not care for the hart with the leaves. It is not serious/business like enough.
All designs have both good and bad elements, but we are not quite there.
