| HOPE Court is a diversionary court in the City of Las Vegas Municipal Court. HOPE stands for Habitual Offender Prevention and Education. The court seeks to assist those chronic misdemeanor offenders in the City of Las Vegas (i.e., vagrancy crimes) usually those with addictions, extreme poverty and homelessness. | ||
