Dear dedicated designers,
As I near the end of this project I just want to thank you all for your inspired drafts, prompt responses, well-crafted revisions, and your patience with me as well! At this late stage I am waiting to hear back from one particular designer before I make my final choice. Thank you for providing so many fine options to choose from ~ you've made it very tough to have to pick only one.
Here's what the stars mean to me. 2=has some of the right elements to it. 3=quite promising, please keep at it! 4=minor adjustments to be made. 5=good to go.
Dear hardworking designers: By the end of today I'm going to be adjusting the star ratings while paring down the # of entries overall. I'm still open to looking at new designs, but will also be quicker to eliminate those drafts that are not in high contention. I want to respect your time and efforts as best I can. Thank you all for your contributions.
Thanks so much for the flurry of designs I received this morning! I'm going to ask that you not include the tag line at this point. That should provide more options regarding composition.
Getting closer. I don't want too "corporate" a look, which is why I've eliminated some of the drafts at this point. I do encourage soft, refined, flowing movement. Don't be afraid to add more "feminine" touches.
Thank you for being such fast responders! I love the wave effect through the font on #17 ~ but a little more house and less mountain above. #15 is good ~ I'd like a more inventive font and variation on the curves (thinner width at one end, more gradual shift in thickness of the line, if that makes sense.) #16 partial rainbow is interesting, house windows not quite enough, too abstract. Overall I prefer 3 colors to 2.
Thanks for your drafts! Generally I want clean lines, but not too formal looking ~ maybe even "musical" to reflect "harmony." I think I need more color, at least three ~ and more curved lines. Instead of brown I'd rather see a burnt orange or gold.
I'd also like to see some drafts without using the tag line.
Warmer, more vibrant colors to complement the green please ~ the grey in #2 is too dark. However, I don't want the house to look like it is on fire either! Also, font needs to be more streamlined. Thanks for your draft.
I appreciate your submission #1. The basics are there, but the overall feel of the design is more conventional than I'd like. You might try some different colors and fonts. Thanks.
