we're in the home stretch so we had to make some tough cuts today to narrow things down to focus on optimization. if your draft was eliminated - thanks so much for all the hard work - this has been a very tough process for us with so many great options to choose from.
#57 - can we see a version with a different background color behind "Emiola"? Can you also show us a version with a more "adult" signature? We like the playfulness of the current version but would like to see it done both ways. Please send a message if you need me to clarify. Thanks!
Hi all, we're running short on time so apologize for the brevity of these comments - just want to get you feedback as quickly as possible.
#33 and #46 - can you please create space between all three lines of type? Also, for #33, please remove "Emiola" from the Marketing Consultancy line? Can you explore a more interesting way of executing the tagline (font, placement, colors)? We'd like it to "pop" and not get lost. For #46, not sure the icon is working... any other ideas for tying in a metaphor for creativity and insights? (a lightbulb is a cliche idea, but is an idea for a way of illustrating the metaphor - any other thoughts or ideas)?
#37 - we like the colors on this! Very dramatic, attention getting. Can we see a version that looks like your #47 typography and spacing?
#47 - Love the movement of this! Can you justify the three lines so that the E crosses the 1st and 2nd line, and the tagline is justified from right to left (hope that makes sense, please send me a msg if not)? Would also like to see "Emiola" as more of a handwritten signature, not like perfect cursive script.
#42 - very striking but not fond of the Emiola signature - do you have some alternate options to the handwritten signature we could see (going for confident/bold)? Can you also increase spacing between the first two lines and the third? Any ideas for how to metaphorically illustrate our key takeaway for creativity + insights? (see lightbulb comment above?)
#51 - very intriguing approach to the icon and it's placement within the logo. We weren't expecting this but love the integration of the idea. Can you think about something similar in your other drafts that we like? We also like #53 (especially the icon), but would like to see a different handwritten signature. Not sure we need the lines bracketing the logo either - can we see the revision both ways? Also like the tagline treatment from your #55 (using colors to emphasize it) but would prefer that it stays below the agency name.
#60 - also wasn't expecting this but intrigued by the concept! We like your mid-red color from #61 better than the purple, and would like to see a different symbol? The swoosh looks a bit like ribbons used for charities. Can you also pull the tagline away from the company name and make it "pop" a bit more?
Hi everyone, it's tough to start eliminating already but I wanted folks to get a sense of what we're gravitating towards. Please feel free to submit more designs if you'd like - we're not 100% sold on anything yet but starting to see some directions that are interesting.
#12 - like the icon (great movement) - can you please explore a signature for "Emiola" that is bold/confident (i.e. a bit masculine)? Would also like to bump up the emphasis on the tagline because it's getting lost underneath.
#29 - great first concept. Can I also see a version with a deeper, richer red? Would also like to see the addition of the tagline?
To everyone... As I'm seeing the different approaches, can we also see a horizontal approach to the overall logo (reading right to left vs stacked vertically)... hope that makes sense? Our goal is to try to break away from feeling too corporate, but still come across as exciting and professional.
Hi everyone - thanks for the drafts so far!! It's still early but wanted to say that we like the direction that #4 is going... The script is nice, but would love to see some "looser" signatures that are more true to life.
Most of the submissions to date feel a little too corporate for us, please explore more dynamic approaches with movement to the type... would also prefer to see lower case font and options that aren't as linear/stacked?
Hi everyone, I want to clarify the brief and state that our **first priority** is a logo that displays the full agency name (“Emiola Marketing Consultancy").
We will only consider the abbreviated logos as secondary support to a full-name version. I hope that makes sense! Thanks for your hard work - so excited to see what you come up with. :)
