HeartLands is the new name for the Southwestern Illinois Resource Conservation & Development. We are rebranding our organization. We are an environmental nonprofit that strives to provide clean air, clean water and sound natural resource management to the communities in southwestern Illinois. www.swircd.org. This new logo will be the central focus of our rebranding and help communicate our mission to the region. We have been long confused as a semi-governmental agency and we want to shake that image.
