Designers: Thank you so much for your submissions! We look forward to evaluating your designs this week and hope to announce a winner.
Michael: Thank you for your next version Drafts #47 - #53. We liked the enhanced footprint.
FinalDesign: Thank you for your Drafts #54 - #56. While a clever use, unfortunately we decided not to use the letter "G" as the mark.
ArtChamp: Your Drafts #57 and #58 are interesting, thank you. Unfortunately we've decided to go in a different direction than the sort-of cool sci-fi look.
KSantos: Thank you for your Drafts #64 - #66. We think you may have something with the footprint reflection from the leaf. The horizon line may be too complicated for us, but overall interesting.
Again, thank you all for your submissions. Just a note that any logo we select would need more refinement but we would look forward to working with you if we select your design. While not guaranteed, we do hope to select a winner from your entries.
Designers: we have extended our contest and seek your new and next iteration designs. Thank you for your previous submissions!
The standout in the last wave of submissions was Draft #36 which was the first to take our existing logo a step further with a creative footprint (again, we are seeking both next version logos and completely original designs). A winning design will fit well into our website mockup - see previous comment.
Michael: Thank you for your Drafts #36 and #37. We like Draft #36 because of the innovative interpretation of the footprint. We encourage you to create another version(s) to 1) improve the text and 2) add more 3D feel to the logo. The options for text are all caps or first letter caps, and stacked 'green' over 'traks' or on one line (since we haven't decided yet which options work best for us). We do like text in previous Drafts #9, #26, and #8.
Celman: your mark is interesting in your Drafts #44 - 46, thank you for your new designs. We may have more feedback for you later.
Firman: thank you for your interesting Drafts #30 - 35, but the company name is misspelled. Unfortunately, we've also decided that we likely won't use extrapolations of the letter "G" as the mark.
Firekarma: thank you for your Drafts #43, but we've decided that we likely won't use extrapolations of the letter "G" as the mark.
Bhushan: thank you for your Drafts #38 - 42, but we've decided that we likely won't use extrapolations of the letter "G" or "GT" as the mark.
Again, we really appreciate your time and effort on our logo and look forward to new and next versions in the final days of the contest. Thank you! - gr8bluc
Designers: Thank you for your submissions! Please do pay special attention to the company name in your designs as it is incorrect in several of your versions.
InciseLogo: Thank you for all your new Drafts #17-23, we appreciate it. Unfortunately we've decided not to use logos with arrows in the concept.
Hasanorchids: Your Draft #25 is interesting, thank you, although the company name is misspelled. Perhaps you could create versions with the mark before or after the logo for consideration as well.
Arakanostudio: Thank you for your Draft #27 although we've decided not to use logos with arrows included. Also, the company name is misspelled.
Firman: Your Draft #27 is interesting although we've decided not to use logos with arrows included. Also, the company name is misspelled.
Dave0585: Thank you for your new Draft #26, nicely done. We may have more feedback for you at a later time.
Again, we really appreciate your time and effort on our logo and look forward to new and next versions. - gr8bluc
Designers: Thank you for your designs so far! Several of them are interesting. We like the 3D aspects of some as well as the potential to use the mark separately from the name in some of the designs.
We have a new website site mockup (with placeholder text) released yesterday that should also be helpful for your designs. Sorry we didn't have sooner. Please visit: http://www.baytechlabs.com/mockup/Greentraks/index7.html
Comments for specific designers:
Dave0585 - Your Draft#15 is the standout for us so far because of the unique globe logo, thank you. We would like if you could develop this concept further with a few options, including increasing company name relative to globe, and modifying text colors per the site mockup.
Swhinck - Thank you for your Draft#13, it is very cool but unfortunately too consumer focussed and cute, rather than corporate.
Alisha - Thank you for your Drafts#1-5, they have potential, and although kind of neat the figure 8 doesn't work for us.
VictoriaAnn - We liked your Draft#16 concept, thank you, but the execution turned out more for a female audience. Perhaps you could take this a step further.
Jp1876 - Thank you for your Drafts#6 - 8, some of us liked and some didn't, probably because of the color choices. Draft#6 has the most promise for us, so perhaps you could take this a step further with colors that could work within our site mockup.
InciseLogo - Thank you for your Drafts#10-12, they were okay but too simple for us.
Celman - Your Draft#9 used interesting text, thank you, but we didn't understand the bullseye image related to our business.
Ashu - Thank you for your Draft#14, although unfortunately this won't work for us.
We really appreciate your time and effort on our logo and look forward to new and next versions. - gr8bluc
Additional notes for designers: The GreenTraks website will be re-launched this quarter with a new look and feel, so besides the current logo, please ignore the site for inspiration. Also, we may want to incorporate the tagline in the logo now or in the future, so feel free to incorporate in your designs, but ideally they should be easily removable. Thank you! - gr8bluc
