| Seeking a graphic design to include on T-Shirts and other training materials. Desired image would replicate the HAZMAT industry-standard skull and cross bones, but with a HAZMAT gas mask replacing the skull and a wash brush and shower wand replacing the bones. Other desired (but not essential) elements would be a bio-hazard and/or radiation symbol integrated into the graphic. | ||

| Emergency services personnel, healthcare professionals, and emergency preparedness officials attending HAZMAT decontamination training. | ||

||
| Would like a graphic design that could be printed as smaller image on front left or right chest area of t-shirt and as large full-sized image on back side of t-shirt. | ||
