  That's is a lot of work for only $350. Usually contest holders will come to an agreement with the winning designer after the contest ends and work out additional payment for the coding. Mycroburst says that only the psd files are required from the designer. In addition you should hire a professional coder - you don't know what kind of junk code you will get for $ 300. Especially when there is a 24 hour time constraint to submit the winning files. Putting that restriction on your contest will prevent designers from submitting to your contest.

  I know that typically you submit PSD files for your designs but after talking to Mycroburst I was told that I could request the html/css files from whomever I select as the winner of this project. Please be able to provide these files if you submit a design.
