I've made the decision to take the words "cooking classes" out of my tagline, because it reduces the tagline impact but as a separate line I think the logos look too busy. So my apologies, but can you all take out "cooking classes" out of the logos.
The logos are really really good, it's going to be an incredibly hard decision to choose just one, I wish I could take them all.

#110, could you try putting "cooking classes" in the tagline, so that the tagline looks like this:
"cooking classes . think local . cook global"
Note the wording, and please raise the periods so they're "dots" between each part of the tagline.
For the tagline font, can you find something less slanted? I really like the one Fixdesign is using in #73.

Could you all do me 2 versions of the logo, one as it stands and an alternative with "Cooking Classes" included? Many thanks.
#93, I'd really appreciate it if you could make the requested changes.

Hi jackfar, I liked the font that you used in #91, if you could go back to that it would be great. And I don't want a pink background, my favourite colours so far are the ones used by fixdesign, see #73 ... more sand and earth than mustard or pink. My tagline should be "think local . cook global"

#90 I really like the bowl, the shading makes it stand out and look very sharp. I'm finding the background colour a little too pink though, so would like to see this adjusted. And could you try my name without the knife and fork, and all one size, plus adjust the tagline to read "think local . cook global". Thanks!

#69 thanks for the chillie: I'd like to see it inverted and the tagline font a bit smaller and all lower case if that's okay.
#80 I like the idea of trying to use a global image but am finding this a bit busy with chillies, globe and ladle all in there, and the font is a bit ornate for me. It would be great if you could do something a bit cleaner, thanks.
#83 I like the general idea but the chopsticks give the image a bit of an Asian specific feel. I do prefer this to the saucepan version though, which is a bit swirly for me.
Sorry Project Holder....totally messed up your tagline! I think the other one way was better. This one is a tongue twister!

#51 and #61, my main concern is that I don't really like the colour green here.
#62, I really like the ladle but I'm not sure about the orange dot above the i in cooking. I have the idea of putting a little chile pepper as the dot, an image that I've thought about using in my logo since I like to cook with a lot of herbs and spice (Thai, Indian and spicy Italian etc), I'm not sure if this would work? And there's a typo in "local".

Hi Manyou,
Thanks for your submissions. I'm really looking for something more contemporary and clean, so I'm leaning away from chef's hats etc.

The logos are really good, thanks again to all of you.
I'm working on my branding and marketing as this process is under way and have decided to change my tagline to "think local . cook global" so it would be great if this could be changed on submissions from here on, sorry.
fixdesign, I really like what you've done with fonts and colours. I prefer #28 to #31 because of the lines under the pan, it's a bit cleaner.
For those of you submitting coloured logos it would be great to see a black and white version too.
jtscreative, I like what you've done in #47 with the image and the use of red, but would like to see "think local cook global" all in lowercase and maybe a different font. I liked the apron idea in #48 but if you look at it it looks a little like an angry woman with her hands on her hips :-)
I can't wait to see more. Thank you!

The logos are looking great, I can't wait to see more. It's 1.30am here so I'm going to sleep on it and comment again tomorrow. Thank you so much for all your submissions.
I was using a patterned background. I'll work on it : )

Hi artsie9324,
I think you're on the right track with #27. I do find the background a bit pixellated looking though, and the colours maybe a little harsh. Could you try something a little softer? Big improvement on the g's.

#26 is cool .... the colours make the tilt of the pan work somehow. I wasn't after greys but they look really good here. But I'd still like to see the other options as per my previous comment. Thanks so much!

Hi fixdesign,
I think the logos you're submitting are brilliant. I prefer the background colour of #21, but prefer the three colour option that you used in #22. And I think I like the more tilted pan in these 2, and my business name works as a call to action too. Can you submit a logo combining these elements?
And I really like the main font in #21 and #22. I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of other options for the tagline font though.
Thanks!

Hi, and thank you all for the great logos.
I've eliminated #3 because I'm looking for something a bit more contemporary and sophisticated.
And I've eliminated all the logos with chef's hats, which I guess I find a little old-fashioned.
I really like the background colour in #17, but I don't love the tomato, I think it's the illustration style that I'm not going for here.
I really like #16 but would prefer the background a bit more brown, and the text in black I think. My other concern here is that the G in this font doesn't necessarily look like a G.
I really like the font in #10 and #9 .... my only hesitation with this font is the way the c cuts of, since "cooking" is pretty important in my name!
And I really like the whisks.
I'd like to see #1 with a slightly warmer background colour, and with my tagline included.

I'm not sure about the Cookery Classes bit though, I think it may end up looking too busy ....

Thanks for #1. I would like my tagline included though. And I didn't put it in the brief, but it might be good to say "Cookery Classes" too, to make it clear what Get Cooking does!
